Over the past year, banking regulations in the US and Europe have been updated.
Raising funds by credit card has become even more difficult and the parameters imposed by Mastercard and VISA have become even more stringent.
In the last year, many new customers have entered our store and we often deal with naïve people who put themselves and our business at risk with stupid behavior.
Before purchasing in our store, please read CAREFULLY the following and if you disagree with one or more parts of this document, please DO NOT BUY from us.
WE ARE NOT AMAZON
You will not receive your product within 1 day of purchasing.
We do not have a warehouse with all products ready to be shipped.
When you shop with us, one of our operators will collect your order and go to the right factory to purchase your product. We will then take photos of the product and get in touch with you.
Normally it will take 2-3 days for this.
However in some cases it may take up to 5-7 days. It may happen that the factory still has to produce the product, or there may be a Chinese public holiday that causes a slight delay.
Opening a chargeback with your bank isn’t really a good idea.
WE ARE NOT AMAZON
All products in our shop are replicas. In most jurisdictions these products cannot be sold in the open.
Banks are required to notify the competent prosecutors of any illegal conduct of which they are aware.
If for any reason you dispute your payment with your credit card, you are exposing us and yourself to risks that are not worth taking.
So you should be very discreet when buying these products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will find a solution together. We will ask you to ship the goods back and we can exchange your product, give you a refund or a substantial discount.
In any case, the return shipping will be completely at your expense and you must return the product to us as it was received.

WE WILL PUBLISH ONLINE ALL PURCHASE DATA OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE OPENED CHARGEBACK.
THIS IS TO PROTECT US AND ALL OTHER TDs FROM FRAUDULENT CUSTOMERS WHO HOPE TO GET PRODUCTS FOR FREE OR ACT LIKE THIS AND WOULD LIKE NOT TO COMPLY WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
